Enter the name and contact information of the donor. The donor number can be freely assigned. The field Breakdown in title is only relevant for German federal authorities acting as donors. Activate this setting to refer to specific types of expenditure (Title) in their budgets.
If your organisation uses the Project planning and monitoring functional area, you can adjust the names of the project levels here. Enter the designations that your donor prefers for analyses with the Logical Framework Approach. The codes are used to number elements in table columns in a structured manner.
