Partner management allows you to manage your organisation's partners. The individual function groups allow you to enter your partners' master data, store contracts, assign projects to partners and enter contact persons and bank details for partners. Partner management is a central database with important information about your partners and the work of your organisation. You can use partner books to import your partners' accounting data.
The partner management overviews use filters, sorting and grouping to help you answer the following questions, for example:
▪Which partners does your organisation have in a particular country?
▪How many contracts have been concluded with a partner so far?
▪In which and in how many projects does your organisation work with a specific partner?
▪Who is the contact person at a partner organisation?
▪Which partners are involved in which role in a particular project?
You can greatly expand the functionality of partner management with customised fields. For example, if you record your partners' main areas of work, you can more easily identify suitable partners for a project in a country. You can set up customised fields for the partner in the organisational settings for partner management.
