Assigned partners

 

The table shows an overview of all partners in your organisation that are assigned to the open project. The quick filter Show archived partners (QuickfilterArchived) is available.

Functions

New

Opens the page Master data, where you enter basic data for a new partner.

Add

Add

Add a partner to the project that has already been created in WINPACCS Cloud .

Print

Print

Creates a PDF document from the partner overview. Table settings such as filters, sortings and groupings, as well as additionally displayed columns are included.

Export

Export

Exports the partner overview in Excel-, PDF-, CSV- or RTF format. Table settings such as filters, sortings and groupings, as well as additionally displayed columns are included.

Partners

In addition to the master data of a partner you will receive an overview of:

all partner contracts agreed with the partner (if the partner is labelled as a contractual partner in the master data),

Projects in which the partner is involved,

Persons who serve as contact persons for the partner,

Bank details of the partner.

Delete

Deleting

Deletes the partner. Only available as long as the partner is not assigned to a project.

Archive

Archive

Archives the partner together with the assigned persons and bank details.

Reactivate

Reactivate

Reactivates an archived partner so that you can assign it to projects again.
