Factor reset requests

 

 

If your organisation uses multi-factor authentication, users can click on Lost second factor? when logging on. This may be necessary, for example, if a user wants to use another device as a second factor.

Open a factor reset request from the overview to release or reject it. To prevent misuse, you should ask the user why they are requesting a factor reset.
