User overview

 

 

 

The overview shows the names and e-mail addresses of all users. Use the table settings to change the display and show more columns.

Open a user data record by double-clicking on it to display or edit their personal data, assignments and other settings. Users can change some of these data and settings themselves under My Account. Assigned projects and user roles can only be edited by user and organisation administrators.

Also shows all the archived users.

Show WINPACCS Support staff

Also shows all the WINPACCS Support staff. Support staff need user access, all logins are logged and mandatorily documented support cases are documented.

Opens the window New user. Use this function to create a new user.

Display

Display

Opens the selected user data record.

Print

Print

Creates a PDF document of the user overview. Table settings such as filters, sortings and groupings, as well as additionally displayed columns, are included.

Export

Export

Exports the user overview into Excel or PDF format. Table settings such as filters, sortings and groupings, as well as additionally displayed columns are included.
