<< Show table of contents >> User administration > User overview > General |
On this tab you will find the personal data and some technical information about an employee.
This section shows the employee's personal data and contact information. The User type also determines whether the user is an internal employee of your organisation or an external employee of a partner.
NOTE: Internal employees can receive by the assignment of all roles extensive authorisations in WINPACCS Cloud . The available authorisations for external users are severely restricted. Only the role Partner book user is available. External users only see their assigned partner books on the dashboard and can open them. Other areas of WINPACCS Cloud cannot be seen. The modules WINPACCS Accounting and WINPACCS Cashbook cannot be opened. |
By adding custom fields in the organisational settings for the user administration function area, many more organisation-specific user data and classifications can be recorded.
Users can also change this data themselves under My Account.
This section displays some of the user's technical data.

Resetting the second factor |
