Authorised persons

 

 

 

Enter the authorised persons for the bank details. This is purely for information purposes and does not have any consequences in WINPACCS.

NOTE: This tab is only available for bank details of the Office bank account, Project bank account, Partner bank account or Head office bank account account type.

Overview of the authorised persons

Use the following functions to edit the authorised persons for bank details. All the Persons and Users who are not archived are available.

Add

Add authorised persons

Opens a window in which you can add authorised persons. Simply start typing a name and select a person. You can add several people.

Delete

Remove all authorised persons

Removes all authorised persons.

Delete

Delete

Click on Delete in the last column of the table to remove authorised persons individually.

Functions

Print

Print

Creates a PDF document with all the master data, authorised persons and assigned projects included in bank details.

Finalize

Close

Closes (archives) the bank details. In order to be able to close bank details, they must no longer be assigned to any postable bank sub-accounts.
