When you enter bank details in a project in the Bank details functional group, it is automatically assigned to the open project (this tab is not displayed). In the Bank details functional group in the Financial administration functional area, you can assign several projects to one set of bank details.
Projects can be assigned to bank details as follows:
Click at the bottom of the page on Edit. Use the Search function on the left to search for projects by project number or name. The following projects are available:
▪Bank details of the Office bank account, Project bank account and Donor bank account account types: All the projects of the Office or Project project category.
▪Bank details of the Partner bank account account type: All projects of the Partner project project category.
With a click on Add (+) next to the project, you authorise it to post to these bank details. All the assigned projects are displayed on the right. To remove a project, click on Delete (-) on the right of the project name . To add or remove all the available projects use the Add all or Remove all functions above the lists. Save your entries afterwards.
In order to post the vouchers corresponding to certain bank details in the Project accounting, the following requirements must also be met:
▪The bank details in the project are assigned to a bank sub-account.
▪The bank sub-account is assigned to a Journal as a balance account.
Creates a PDF document with all the master data, authorised persons and assigned projects included in bank details. |

Closes (archives) the bank details. In order to be able to close bank details, they must no longer be assigned to any postable bank sub-accounts. |
