If your organisation uses the interface to the company accounting of your head office to transfer data to the Project controlling this journal is automatically created in every project. This journal collects all postings that are entered in the company accounting for this project and are transferred to WINPACCS Cloud via the interface.

You cannot edit the master data of journals of this journal class.

Displays the three-digit identifier for journals of this journal class. This journal number is set in the Organisational settings. |

The name of a journal of this journal class is defined in the Organisational settings. |

Voucher type |
Vouchers that come from the company accounting are always balance sheet effective. |
Accounting software |
Displays the software used to post the vouchers in Company accounting. |
The voucher currency of vouchers from company accounting is usually the company currency. In exceptional cases, amounts in a voucher currency other than the company currency are transferred from company accounting. To do this, the data exported from company accounting must be in a different voucher currency additonally to thecompany currency and contain an exchange rate.
