For journals of the Project accounting (costs from external projects) journal class you must specify which other projects may assign costs to this project.
The posting authorisations are transferred to the projects in WINPACCS Accounting when you release the journal and publish this project and all the assigned external projects.
The following options are available:
The project cannot be posted to by other projects. |
Other projects cannot assign postings to the project. |
All projects are allowed to post to this project. |
All the projects in your organisation are allowed to assign postings to the project. |
All the projects from the same country are allowed to post to this project. |
Only projects that are carried out in the same country may assign postings to the project. The project country is set in the Project master data. |
All the projects in the same organisational unit can post to this project. |
Only projects that are assigned to the same organisational unit can assign postings to the project. Organisational units are defined in the Organisational settings and assigned in the Project master data. |
Selected projects are allowed to post to this project. |
Only projects that you have assigned individually may assign postings to the project. When you select this option, a project list appears below it. Use the Search on the left to search for projects by project number or name. With a click on Add (+) next to the project, you authorise it to post to this project. All projects that can be posted to are displayed on the right. Click right on Delete (-) next to the project to remove an authorisation from a project. To add or remove all the available projects use the Add all or Remove all functions above the lists. |
Functions
Depending on your user role and the release status of the journal, different functions are available.

Creates a PDF document that contains all the properties of the journal. |

Delete |
Deletes the journal. This function is only available in the New release status. |

Release |
Releases a new journal or changes to a journal. This function is only available in the New and Changed release status. |
|
Undo |
Undoes all changes that have not yet been released. This function is only available in the Changed release status. |
