Use the Partner accounting journal class (with the For information purposes and External system accounting software), when you plan to import vouchers from a partner to your project for information purposes. Vouchers in CSV format or from Tally can be imported into journals such as these. The journal is only available in WINPACCS Cloud and makes these vouchers available to the Project controlling. The journal is not available in WINPACCS Accounting.
Enter the basic data of the journal in this tab. To do this, click on Edit at the bottom of the page. Afterwards Save your entries. The data will be forwarded to WINPACCS Accounting when you release the journal (
) and the project.

Give the journal a unique three-character identifier. |

Give the journal a unique name. |
Journal class |
Displays the previously selected journal class. |
Voucher type |
Shows the For information purposes voucher type. |
Accounting software |
Displays the previously selected accounting software. |
Confidential journal |
Mark a journal as confidential to make it visible only to users who have access to confidential data (user-specific setting in the User administration). |
Partner |
Select the partner whose vouchers for information purposes will be accepted in this journal. All the partners that meet the following requirements are available: ▪the partner is assigned to the project ▪a partner contract has been created ▪funding is assigned to the partner contract |
Partner contract |
Select a partner contract. All the partner contracts of the selected partner to which financing is assigned are available. |
Currency settings
Specify the currency in which the vouchers to be posted are issued. In WINPACCS create a separate journal for each voucher currency.
Functions
Depending on your user role and the release status of the journal, different functions are available.

Creates a PDF document that contains all the properties of the journal. |

Deletes the journal. This function is only available in the New release status. |

Releases a new journal or changes to a journal. This function is only available in the New and Changed release status. |

Undoes all changes that have not yet been released. This function is only available in the Changed release status. |
