This function allows you to import an existing budget structure from another project.
Project |
Select the project in which the budget structure was set up. |
Budget structure |
Select the budget structure you want to copy. |
Click on Import to copy the budget structure to the opened project.
The following rules apply when copying:
▪The Restriction on accounts setting is also copied. The selected accounts are transferred.
▪The Multiple selection possible setting is also copied, if it is compatible with the organisational settings chosen and, if applicable, the number of existing budget structures in the project.
▪The Monitoring of quantities setting is also transferred if no other budget structure with monitoring of quantities exists in the project. The assigned units of measure are also transferred.
