Use the Balancesanalysis to view the balances of the journals of all projects to which you are assigned. All journals of the Project accounting journal class are taken into account. Data from confidential journals is only considered for users who are authorised to view confidential data.

Use the Accounting periodquick filter to set the month for which the balances are displayed: ▪If you enter a month, the system filters for the journals for which accounting was possible at that time (First possible month-end closing field in the master data of the journal). If the selected month has been closed, the balances are based on the month-end closing. If the selected month has not yet been closed, data from any available day-end closings will be used. The Closing type field indicates whether the data originate from a month-end or day-end closing. ▪If you do not enter a month, the balances of the last uploaded day-end or month-end closing are displayed for all journals.

) to save the analysis in PDF or Excel format. Your filters and groupings are taken into account.
