When you open a batch of vouchers, the properties of the voucher batch from the Overview are displayed.
The Voucher list contains all the voucher data of the voucher batch.
If you want to post the voucher batch in an installation of WINPACCS Accounting with a poor Internet connection, you can transmit the batch of vouchers on a data carrier. Use the Download voucher batch (
) function. To download digital vouchers for a voucher batch, click Download attachment to voucher batch (
). In WINPACCS Accounting at Postings > Voucher batch, click on Download. If there is no internet connection, the Load voucher batch window opens. Change to the directory on the data carrier and select the files.
