Data packets is the term we use for all files that transmit movement data from other applications to WINPACCS Cloud:

▪Closings from WINPACCS Accounting

▪Postings from Company accounting (e.g. ERP systems, financial accounting systems, ...)

▪Voucher batches from WINPACCS Cashbook (These are transmitted to WINPACCS Cloud so that they can be downloaded from any location in installations of WINPACCS Accounting)

▪Postings from partners – for information purposes (You can evaluate these in Project controlling separately from the posted transfers to the partner that are balance sheet effective. WINPACCS can currently process XML files from Tally as well as CSV files. Many systems (e.g. Quickbooks) can export data in CSV format. You can also save Excel files as CSV ones.)

▪Voucher batches from WINPACCS Accounting which transfer funds from one journal to another journal, e.g. due to a currency exchange. (These are transmitted to WINPACCS Cloud so that you can download them, any time, any place in other installations of WINPACCS Accounting.)
