When you open a data packet, the properties from the Overview are displayed.
All the uploaded data from external systems must be converted. Then check the data and release it.
When converting and releasing, logs are generated that document all the steps.
Functions
Different functions are available depending on the data packet status.

Deleting |
Deletes the data packet. The function is available until the postings are released. |

Convert |
Converts the postings from the XML or CSV file for Project controlling and generates a Conversion log which you can view. This function is available until the postings are released. |

Preview |
Displays a preview of the converted postings in WINPACCS layout. Check the postings before you release them. |
|
Release |
Releases the postings for Project controlling and generates a Voucher number log which you can view. The function is only available when the data has been converted. |
