The Postings (WINPACCS Accounting 4) functional group displays all the posted vouchers from WINPACCS Accounting which have been uploaded to WINPACCS Cloud with month-end or day-end closings. The postings are documented and archived in this functional group.
▪Use the Postings section in the navigation area and the display of individual posting positions to check posting data.
NOTE: There is a special user role for external auditors. Thus, you may not need to submit documents in paper form. Set up separate user access for auditors. |
▪In the Analyses section of the navigation area, an analysis is available that shows all journal balances at the current time or in a specific month in local and company currency
In WINPACCS Cloud you cannot correct any posting data. If you need to correct posting data, repost the corresponding posting in WINPACCS Accounting or reverse the posting and create a correction posting.
To adjust data for donor reports or internal analyses, use the Project controlling functional area. Adjustments in Project controlling do not affect the postings in the Project accounting.
The Postings (WINPACCS Accounting 4) functional group is available in two places:
▪In the Financial administration functional area, in Postings (WINPACCS Accounting 4), you can see all the uploaded postings of projects to which you are assigned. The default sorting of the postings is by accounting period and project. Analyses include all projects to which you are assigned.
▪In a project, in Postings (WINPACCS Accounting 4), you can see all the postings from the respective project that have been uploaded with closings. The default sorting of the postings is by journal. Additional columns are available for budget lines, quantity and unit of quantity. Analyses contain data from the project's journals. Additionally, the balance overview is available, which shows how much was spent in the project during the last period as well as the composition of the project's remaining funds.
