Use the copy/paste function in Microsoft Excel or your browser to paste individual cells or columns from a table into the budget. The most efficient way is to build up the columns and rows of the table so that it mirrors those in the budget in WINPACCS Cloud. (Use the Export function to export a new (empty) budget as a template)
Once you have filled in the budget in Microsoft Excel, you can easily paste the figures back into WINPACCS Cloud:
Copy the budget values from the table (e.g. in *.xlxs format). Paste the numbers into the first cell of the copied area at the top left. Note the Not assigned column. This column exists in all budgets with breakdowns. It shows differences between the planned total and the total of the planning columns. If you want to copy remarks into budgets with breakdowns, create this column in your table as well so that the remarks are pasted correctly.
