The logs in the navigation area provide an overview of the available data and any changes to it.
Use the table settings (filters, sortings, groupings) to find specific entries or adjust the display.

Change log
The change log contains all the changes that were made to the posting positions in Project controlling. You can view the field contents before and after each change. Each change has a project-wide unique change number. If several fields are changed in one go, change positions are created for the change number.
Data exchange log
The data exchange log lists all the data packets with which posting positions were transferred to Project controlling. Posting positions can come from the following sources:
▪Closings (Project accounting WINPACCS Accounting of own project or from external projects)
▪Company accounting data packets
▪Voucher batch from external systems of partners
Data packets are stored in the Data packets functional group. They are available in Project controlling (and visible in this log) as soon as they are released.
